JP Balancing Machine Welcome to Metalloobrabotka 2024 Russia-The 24th Russian International Machine Tool Exhibition METOBRA

The Russian International Machine Tool Exhibition (METALLOOBRABOTKA) is co-sponsored by the Russian Machine Tool Association and the expocentre Exhibition Center, and is supported by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union and the European Machine Tool Industry Cooperation Association. It is the most professional and largest machine tool exhibition in Russia.

The exhibition was started in 1984 and has become one of the top ten industrial exhibitions in Europe according to its size and effectiveness.

In 2019, the net exhibition area is 80,000 square meters, with a total of more than 1,000 exhibitors from 33 countries and regions, attracting more than 30,000 visitors from 57 countries around the world.

JP will showcase the following products at this exhibition:

1.Vertical drilling automatic balancing machine

The machine is mainly used in the mass production of disc-shaped workpieces, such as pulley, flywheel, using vertical drilling balancing machine can detect and correct their unbalance, which is convenient, fast and efficient.

The modular design has good expansibility.

2.Brake disc vertical milling automatic balance machine

The machine is used for automatic unbalance correction of disc-shaped workpieces such as brake disc and brake drum.

The workpiece from unbalance measurement, angle positioning, milling & weight removal to retest are all implemented automatically.

With the characteristics of fast speed and high precision, it is suitable for mass production of workpieces.

Function can be expanded according to customer needs, such as automatic marking, 

automatic/manual code scanning, automatic loading and unloading, multi-station design, assembly line integration.

3.EV motor rotor automatic balancing machine

EV motor automatic balancing machine is a special equipment used for measuring and correcting EV motor rotor dynamic balancing.

The machine adopts belt drive, with variable frequency speed regulation motor drive, to ensure the workpiece balancing quality and accuracy, with features of easy loading and unloading, fast start, high efficiency.

4.Belt-drive soft-bearing balancing machine

Belt drive series balancing machine is suitable for the unbalance detection of rotating parts such as motor rotor, fan impeller, water pump impeller, turbocharger rotor, centrifuge rotor, rubber roller, machine tool spindle, crankshaft, combing roller, spinning cup, roller, impeller and shaft etc.
